Refund policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 90 days of receiving your order and we will refund you in full - even if the bottle is empty.

How to request a refund

Email hello@thenaturesway.co with your order number and the name on the order. We will confirm your refund by reply. You do not need to return opened bottles. For unopened bottles we may ask you to return them, and will explain how when you get in touch.

When you will receive your refund

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
